These conditions regulate the contracting of the legal services provided by “Granda y Asociados”. Contracting a service implies the full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Contract by the CLIENT.
CONTRACTING OF SERVICES
The CLIENT can request our services through the website, by telephone, by email or in person. After an initial consultation in which the case is assessed, they will be informed of the scope of the service, the applicable fees and the payment conditions. The contract will be formalised by means of the professional engagement letter or other equivalent document. The following means of payment are accepted: bank transfer and card. “Granda y Asociados” will inform the CLIENT, as soon as possible, if it is unable to take on the engagement.
FEES AND PAYMENT
The fees will be agreed with the CLIENT before the provision of the service, depending on the nature and complexity of the matter. Payment will be made in the manner and within the terms agreed in the engagement letter. The amount of the consultations carried out is non-refundable.
QUALITY OF SERVICE
“Granda y Asociados” provides its services with the utmost professional diligence, in accordance with the code of conduct of the legal profession. The obligation assumed is one of means and not of result, so the provision of the service does not guarantee a specific outcome of the proceedings.

Given the nature of the legal services provided, no changes or refunds are applicable once the provision of the service has begun.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION
The firm reserves the right of admission of a case or a client, with “Granda y Asociados” being the one who freely decides on the acceptance of the engagement.
